Team Building Charter - Half Day, Full Day, Multiple Days
This is a structured task-led program designed to bring company teams together and put them in a completely new learning environment.
Sailing a yacht breaks down boundaries and has excellent results in effective teamwork. Sailing is a natural and rewarding team environment as individuals need to rely on each other and draw on a number of skills including preparation, stress management, communication, and leadership whilst also having fun.
Fleet Racing – 2.5 Hours
This is an activity for rewarding teams, bringing your staff together away from the office environment or impressing your clients with an exhilarating sail in the Caribbean. Racing identical yachts against one another is the ultimate challenge for any team. Everyone is on an equal footing learning a sport requiring real teamwork. We encourage everyone to take part from handling sails, winching and grinding, to helming the yacht.
Match racing is great fun for a hospitality event with a difference, or alternatively a focused, competitive event for leadership and dynamic personal endeavour.
