RORC Caribbean 600 Race 2010
Run for the first time with great success in 2009, the Royal Ocean Racing Club and Antigua Yacht Club have joined forces to run the RORC Caribbean 600 Race again in 2010 and you can be a part of it with Ondeck.
This exciting event is the first offshore race to circumnavigate the Caribbean Islands.
Starting on 22nd February, this event dovetails with the other major Caribbean Regattas for 2009 and will set off from Fort Charlotte, just outside English Harbour in Antigua. Heading north, the fleet will pass a mark off Barbuda, Nevis, Saba and St Barth's before circling St Maarten and heading south for Guadeloupe.
Finally you will head back north to a mark off Barbuda, returning to Antigua for the finish.
10 legs and 600 Nautical Miles of racing in fantastic tradewind conditions will test navigators are crews in equal measure!
Why not be one of the first participants in this inaugural running of this regatta.
