DAY 2 - Wednesday
0600 Arrive Tobago Cays [St Vincent & Grenadines].
Spend the rest of the day and night here.
ONDECK ADVENTURE TIP - Tobago Cays is a group of small deserted coral fringed islands and is one of the most beautiful anchorages in the world. As a National Park the snorkelling is wonderful and diving can be arranged given advanced notice as can windsurfing and kitesurfing Most of all this is a place to relax away from anything but some fellow yachties and a few vendors selling provisions and the occasional lobster.

DAY 3 - Thursday
0800 - Depart Tobago Cays. 1200 - Arrive in St Vincent.
ONDECK ADVENTURE TIP - Moored on one of the small bays, Wallilabou on the rugged North Eastern side of St Vincent we are in the heart of rural and unspoilt St Vincent. It also happens to be the spot where Pirates of the Caribbean was filmed in 2003. Take a hike 3000 ft up the Soufriere Volcano. It is a tough hike taking in farmland, rainforest, mountain forest and then scrub at the top but for the daring peering into the mouth of the volcano is a must. Failing that enjoy some great food and hospitality at the Anchorage Restaurant.

DAY 4 - Friday
0630 - Depart St Vincent 1030 - Arrive in Soufriere, St Lucia for the day and night ONDECK ADVENTURE TIP - We will be anchored in the picturesque village of Soufriere just below the Pitons If you are looking for a breathtaking experience in St Lucia then look no further than the twin 2000 ft high Pitons.
The Pitons are two mountains, Gros Piton and Petite Piton. The Pitons stand tall right in front of the anchorage. Guides will take you on this magical trek into a tropical paradise. The trail is well defined and is suitable for those of average fitness. The vegetation covered slopes of the taller, but less severe Gros Piton has a trail to the summit, accessed through the village of Fond Gens Libre. If all of this volcanic structure hiking is proving too much then just go half way to the Dashene Restaurant and enjoy the views.

DAY 5 - Saturday
0800 - Depart St Lucia 1400 - Arrive in Martinique (Fort de France)
ONDECK ADVENTURE TIP - Our choice is to take advantage of being in this fascinating city that is a mix of French sophistication and Caribbean charm and chill out.
The adventure may be keeping away from Paris Couture which to be honest isn't at its best on the Ondeck yachts. There are some fantastic local souvenirs at the local markets as well as some great restaurants and bars.
This is a very different port of call.

Day 6 - Sunday
0700 - Depart Martinique 1200 - Arrive Dominica
ONDECK ADVENTURE TIP - Our recommendation for adventurous people visiting Dominica is to take a canyoning trip with Extreme Dominica. No experience is necessary as Richard and his trained staff will show you the ropes (literally) before taking you on an unforgettable journey through one of Dominica's beautiful river gorges.
You will be fully equipped with wetsuit, buoyancy jacket, helmet, harness and rappelling device, so all you need to bring is yourself and a sense of fun. Using a rope you will rappel into a stunning canyon and then follow the river for around 3 to 4 hours.
Along the way you will encounter crystal clear, deep fresh water pools, stunning rock formations, rapids and cascades and of course beautiful waterfalls. Rappelling down the side of these waterfalls is just amazing and something you will remember for a long time. Highly recommended !
